As a Holiday Park operator how could having a digital app help you? According to Kappow Aps founder Mark Lesbirel, a digital experience app makes for happy guests.

This is why he created Concierge Pro, a guest experience app which was launched in March 2020 and is being used by several holiday parks. It can do this in a number of ways.

Before Arriving

Firstly, the app can be downloaded via a QR code before arriving at the destination so guests can decide on activities before arriving. This will also reduce the time they need to spend in check-in which must be a bonus all round.

Secondly, a map can be included with information about key places such as the launderette. The same goes for leaflets that you might have at reception reducing printing cost and the impact on the environment.

Fewer Questions

It can reduce questions by including a FAQ and keep guests informed and engaged. Push notifications can be included reminding people of events or sending important notifications. What is more it can all be branded to your own park and is customisable.

But how did Mark come up with this idea? Mark is a keen surfer and originally created an app for surfers telling them about tides and other information to help things go smoothly. It occurred to him that this app was extremely versatile and that if had applications in a variety of industries. Thus, Concierge Pro was born.
